Non-Council Committee Appointments

A non-Council committee member is a CRPO registrant who is appointed to a specific committee based on their knowledge, skill, and expertise. Committee members attend policy review meetings as well as panels to review specific cases or matters (e.g. registration applications that do not clearly meet the registration requirements).

The eligibility requirements are outlined in detail in the CRPO by-laws.

The appointment will last approximately one year and may be renewed. In accordance with the Non-Council Member Appointments policy, committee appointees may serve a maximum of nine consecutive terms.

Non-Council committee members receive remuneration for attendance and preparation in accordance with the Per Diem & Honoraria Remuneration of Council and Committee Members policy. When travel, accommodations and/or meals are required, committee members will be reimbursed in accordance with the Travel Expenses Remuneration of Council and Committee Members policy.

Registrants can wait until we send a call for committee members, or you can submit your resume/CV to a.fournier@crpo.ca. We will keep your information on file in case we have a need to add members or fill vacancies.
