Seeking Proposals: Ethics and Professional Boundaries Remediation
The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the provision of ethics and professional boundaries remediation for Registered Psychotherapists. This initiative supports CRPO’s commitment to public protection and professional accountability.
Remediation, such as ethics courses or coaching, may be required by the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee (ICRC) when a registrant’s practice presents moderate risk concerns related to professional conduct or ethical decision-making. The selected provider will deliver remediation programs that help registrants strengthen ethical awareness, uphold professional boundaries, and integrate reflective, trauma-informed practices into their work.
In alignment with CRPO’s broader equity and inclusion commitments, the College will prioritize proposals from providers who bring diverse perspectives and demonstrate grounding in equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) principles.
The RFP closes February 20, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Interested individuals or organizations are invited to contact Pricilla Gyasi ([email protected]) to request a copy of the proposal.
