Annual Registration Renewal Opening Soon!

It’s almost that time of year! CRPO registrants are required to renew their registration annually. Registration renewal for the upcoming 2026-27 registration year will be open by February 14, 2026, and closes March 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.

Beginning February 14th, registrants can go to the “Renewal” tab of their user accounts to complete the renewal form and pay their annual renewal fee. This year’s renewal form may appear different from previous years as CRPO continues to make improvements to the user system. Detailed information, supportive videos, and answers to frequently asked questions about this year’s renewal process will be available on the Annual Registration Renewal Information page in the coming weeks.

Registrants who have not yet completed the Health Professions Database (HPDB) questions are required to complete this before they can access the “Renewal” tab. If you login to your account and only see a “Health Professions Information” tab, please complete the training and practice history questions and then you will be able to access the “Renewal” tab.

If you are in the RP category and would like to transfer to RP (Inactive) and be invoiced the Inactive renewal fee for 2026-27, you must submit your transfer request no later than March 17, 2026. Your transfer date must also take place on or before April 1st, as this is the date that the new registration year begins. They must provide information about the reason for the request. CRPO may request supporting documentation (e.g., letter from regulated health professional or additional information. Registrants who contact CRPO after March 31st at 5 p.m. ET must provide documentation demonstrating they were unable to submit an extension request prior to March 31st (e.g., due to hospitalization). Requests with supporting documentation must be submitted prior to April 30th. Registrants who pay the late fee will not be refunded.
